1. Find JawaraHandicraft products, choose the design you like in our website, and then send your inquiry to us.
2. Let us know by email, the code and number of product you would like to order.
3. If you don’t find products you are looking for, please send us the details of your custom-made order to us (photo and design).
4. Your order is subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm your order with sending you a quotation mentioning the total order and total volume.
5. When we agree to accept your order and you agree with the total amount of order, please transfer 45% deposit payment of the total order.
6. After receiving 45% deposit payment, we will start producing your order accordingly for about 30 days.
7. If the order is ready, we will inform you regarding the delivery and send you the copy of shipping documents to get the 55% balance payment.
8. After we receive the balance payment, we will immediately send the goods.
9. The delivery of the original document to your home is in accordance with the data you submitted when you signed up.
10. We will keep informing you the progress of your order until the goods are delivered to your place.
